Kids are getting peer pressured into doing things they don’t want to do, so we should stop kids who are peer pressuring other kids, because they shouldn’t have to choose what they have to do.

Peer pressure is a thing where kids get pressured into doing something by other kids. It’s something that should not happen and should be stopped because kids are giving into doing something bad just so the other kid will leave them alone. So how do you feel about kids getting peer pressured?

“I don’t like it, I think kids should do what they want,”said Wanda DeLeon, parent.

“I don’t like the fact that kids do it to someone else,” said Diana Pagoada, seventh grader.

Kids are getting peer pressured into doing some horrible stuff, like drugs and alcohol. Those are the main things kids get peer pressured into doing at parties or at school. What things do you think they get pressured into doing?

“They are getting pressured into doing drugs, sex and lying,” said Wanda DeLeon.

Some kids give into peer pressure because they think if they just do it they will leave them alone, but later on the they will think that the kid is an easy target.

“They are scared they will not fit in and be liked by other kids,” Wanda DeLeon.

In this world kids are getting peer pressured into doing things they don’t want to do. We can help prevent peer pressure by kids asking for help r talking to someone about it.

“I would refer them to a counselor for someone professional to talk with,” said Wanda DeLeon.
